I've used Internet phone service now for about four years, and am glad I did. When I first signed up there were some issues with VOiP service, but in my experience they have all been worked out now. And Lingo offers great features at a low price.

I have had a much different experience with lingo. I’m not willing to wait four years to get it to work, I think that it may take that long for their customer service and billing department to get it right. Good luck with their money back guarantee. I signed up for their service, never got it to work, didn’t make a single phone call, spent 6+ hours on the phone with numerous people in India, sent their equipment back as instructed and I am still getting billed from them and now a collection agency!! I have 30 years in the telecommunications business and this is without a doubt the worst I have ever seen!!

Bwright, thanks for letting us know your experience with Lingo. We are currently using Vonage, and it was difficult at first. Things have ironed out now. I still think Voip has a ways to go, but it will get there.
