My bill is too expensive. Are there any promotions that I can be included in to lower my monthly payments? I have the triple setup. I enjoy the service, but the fees are very high. My bill has doubled since my initial sign on. I am also thinking about cell phone service, but with all these add on fees, I will not be able to switch over.
I hope there is a special that I can enjoy to keep my service with your company, before switiching to another company.
Karen, the promotions generally are for new service. What I’ve found for existing customers is the best bet is to call Verizon and ask for a better deal. Since you have a lot of different services to choose from, cell phone companies are generally open to offering you deals. You likely would need to extend your contract, but you may be able to save some money. Good luck!
