Like the article on gift cards - I&#039;m also a terrible gift giver and have resigned myself to giving out gift cards for the rest of my life (as least they are somewhat useful to the recipient). I hear that there is a new bylaw now that states gift certs are no longer allowed to have expiration dates, though?</description>
