Lily, both Turbo Tax and Tax Cut update their software throughout the tax filing season as necessary. Turbo Tax addresses the AMT issue on its website and states that updates will be forthcoming. Tax Cut is less clear on their website, but they do update their software, and I would anticipate that they will address the AMT issue.

Any idea whether tax software will be up-to-date for the AMT fix? I am about to make my annual purchase, but it'd be rather unfortunate if a purchase for convenient filing actually made my life less convenient.
