Wish it were true that (MAN! IS THAT AN ANNOYING POP-UP AD!!! How does it override one&#039;s pop-up blocker?) programmable thermostats cut your power bills. I&#039;ve found reality to be exactly the opposite. At best, if I sit and shiver all winter and sweat all summer, it doesn&#039;t raise the bill much. Next project: take the thing out and put the old round one back!</description>
