		<description>Shawn, there may be times in a person&#039;s life when they can&#039;t give to charity.  But I think for most of us most of the time, we have the means to give.  It doesn&#039;t have to be a lot of money.  And if you simply don&#039;t have any money, you can always give some time.</description>

I have a query, however, for you and your readers. You feel that charitable donations should be an integral part of a financial plan, but what about those who are OK financially, but not exactly rolling in dough? I don&#039;t mean people who are wasteful, but people who are frugal with their money, and who just don&#039;t earn that much to start off with. You could say that these people fit into the working-class category. They can live satisfactorily, but are almost living paycheque-to-paycheque and don&#039;t have much in the way of luxury.

In my opinion, I think it&#039;s okay to skip the part about charity when your own financial plan can be wiped out so easily.</description>
