		<description>I haven&#039;t heard of the 50-50 rule before, however, it&#039;s something that I have been doing intuitively over the last several years.  Personally, these ratios (expense and turnover) are two of the top three factors that I consider when selecting mutual funds (another is it&#039;s classification).</description>
