		<description>Cindy, you should be able to qualify.  I&#039;d confirm with a tax professional, but I don&#039;t see why you wouldn&#039;t qualify for the tax credit so long as the improvements fall within the proper categories.</description>

		<description>We had our roof replaced earlier this year due to hail damage and it was covered by our insurance.  Assuming the new roof qualifies for the credit, can we still receive the credit even though it was an insurance claim?</description>
