I&#039;m also very interested to see if the Credit Cardholder Bill of Rights act passes -- if so, I hope they make the fine print more easily understandable for regular folks. Some lawyers can&#039;t even understand credit card fine print.</description>

		<description>This is a really good article. It is SO important to read that fine print. I&#039;ve been guilty of it myself, and while I lived to tell the tale, I came out pretty beaten up! 

Interest rates can be upped for so many things - late payments, going over the limit, even using the card during a balance transfer period. You laid it out really well here. Excellent resounce.</description>
