		<description>I don&#039;t believe with this 0% transfers. You think financial companies such as banks will do us a favor without earning something from us? Of course not. But they kept on saying such things as 0% etc, when in fact there will be charges and that I&#039;m not happy. They should be very transparent about this especially to their clients and cardholders. You are right, they should be informed with all these after all.</description>

		<description>I think it is in the interest of both the banks and the customers that banks resort to &quot;risk based pricing&quot; rather than offering plain vanilla schemes to all and sundry. Since balance transfer is virtually giving vredit at 0% for the defined period, it makes sens for the banks to caliberate the time period with the crediyt history of the user. I would though like the banks to be more forthcoming and straightforward in their communication with the customers regarding this. They should not bury this info the fine prints.</description>
