American Express Daily Wish Starts Today at 11 AM ET!

American Express has launched its Daily Wish program, which expands on the My Wishlist program that has run for five years. Starting today, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, a new collection of offers and products becomes available. On the sale day, the sale time is revealed and a countdown begins. Once the sale begins, Cardmembers can click on the "I Want It" button and the opportunity to buy is given to the first participants, until quantities of the item on sale run out.

What caught our attention is an item that goes on sale this Thursday, May 28. On that day, three Honda Civic Hybrids will be sold for $12,160, 50% of the MSRP of $24,320. Of course, there are only three available, and they will go to the first three that click the "I Want It" button at the allotted time.

Today, two items go on sale at 11 AM ET. First, 20 Flip Video MinoHD Camcorders will go on sale for $100 (regularly $229). Second, 75 Canon 10.0 MP digital cameras will sell for $90 (regularly $129.99). Here are some of the other items that will go on sale later during the program:
