Update: The balance transfer offer on this card is now for 12 months, not 15. This is still a great offer, but if you are looking for a 15 month balance transfer, check out the Kiva credit card.
I just learned that the Chase Business Rebate Card is offering a special 0% introductory balance transfer rate for up to 15 billing cycles. This is one of the longest 0% balance transfer periods available. In addition, the card offers cash back on purchases such as office supplies and gas.
It is important to note that this is a business credit card. That does not mean you need to have formed a corporate entity to apply; sole proprietors can apply for a business card. But you do need to be an owner of a business, which could apply to a real estate agent, franchisee, a home-based business, or even somebody who makes money blogging.

So, is there any balance transfer fee?

dubious, very important question, and yes there is. Here’s what the fee disclosure says, “3% of the amount of each transaction, but not less than $5.00 nor more than $99.00.” So for 15 months at 0%, a max of $99 is reasonable. What you have to watch out for are the balance transfer fees that are unlimited. Thanks for asking the question, because we should ALWAYS check the balance transfer fees.

You should put the entire amount and invest it in Gold.

You don’t need to be a business owner to get this card. My daughter is a full-time college student with no income and she got this card by applying over the phone. When asked by a CSR if she owned a business she answered “no”. In a week she received a new card with 12K credit limit!
