The Daily Dough (My Back is Killing Me edition)

313c65d2r6l_aa_sl160_.jpgEver since a basketball injury in college, I've had lower back problems. Sometimes it's so bad I can't walk for a week. It's not that bad now, but it's bad. If you have back problems, check out The Core Performance: The Revolutionary Workout Program to Transform Your Body & Your Life. This book is excellent for strengthening your core muscles, and most of the exercises can be done at home. Unfortunately, I've not been doing my exercises (blogging instead), which is why my back is in sorry shape. When the pain subsides, I'll be back (no pun intended) to doing the exercises in the book.
