- Home prices are UP!?? Well, that's what the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) says in a report released yesterday. According to the report, prices are UP 0.5% in the first quarter of 2007 as compared to the first quarter of 2006. The report is dense, but you can download it as a .pdf here.
